Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds for Services

Completed services are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment and provide sufficient notice, any prepaid service fees may be applied to a future appointment.
Equipment Sales & Training

All equipment sales are considered final once delivered, unless otherwise stated in your purchase agreement.

Training services that have been completed are non-refundable.

If you have concerns with your purchase, please contact us promptly so we can work to resolve the issue.
Packages & Prepaid Sessions

Prepaid sessions or packages must be used within the agreed timeframe.

Unused sessions are non-refundable but may be transferable at the discretion of The Current Method & NAET Clinic.
